The “Call Back”
From the stage you say, “This is how we do and why. Everybody get it say yes.” And everybody say yes. That’s Call Back. It’s done for several reasons.
1. It kind of wakes up the audience and engaged with you and keeps them on their toes.
2. We want them saying yes all the time. Because in the end we’re going to ask them for money and we want them predesigned so that when we ask them to give us a response. to say yes. You would ask things like can you hear me… The idea is to get people thinking the way you want them to think. It’s small incrementals wearing down of a defense mechanism.
If we can get you to believe in principle on the idea, with no clarity on how we will accomplish it, you are more likely to take the next step. The next step is small step and then other step, and so forth till you have them where you want them. It’s a process that we work through and it gets harder and harder for someone to say no the more they said yes.
